Business Tax Office
Any person who engages in any business, occupation or profession that is covered by the Local Business Tax Receipts and Business Regulations, and a business tax receipt is required before engaging in any business in the City of Coral Springs.
Coral Springs Regional Chamber
Coral Springs Regional Chamber's primary objective is to create a climate of growth and success in which all companies in Coral Springs community can prosper regardless of size or industry. The Chamber provides leadership opportunities, volunteer programs, and business building initiatives that focus on the critical priorities of business in our community. By leveraging the support, talent, and resources of our members, the Coral Springs Regional Chamber connects business leaders to each other and helps to improve the economic vitality of life for everyone.

Coral Springs' targeted, performance-based incentive programs greatly lessen the tax burden and lower the overall costs, helping companies that are locating and doing business here succeed.
We can facilitate communication between companies and Coral Springs permitting assistance. The Building Services Division provides customer friendly plan review, issuance of building permits, building permit search, performance of field inspections, and issuance of certificates of occupancy to ensure conformance of construction in the City with governing building codes.

The Planning and Zoning division provides plan reviews to ensure compliance with land development regulations. The Planning and Zoning program and services include: Development reviews, Land Development Code, Business Districts, Planning and Zoning Board meeting, Architectural reviews, Sign information, Petition reviews, Paint approvals, and more.

Atlantic Technical College is a public, secondary and post-secondary institution operating under the authority of the School Board of Broward County, Florida, and the Florida Department of Education. ATC support services for over forty Certificate and Applied Technology Diploma programs, many continuing workforce education courses, and the Magnet High School. Work Coral Springs is a home-grown initiative to keep local talent in Coral Springs. Our residents are the driving force behind Work Coral Springs partnering with the City of Coral Springs and Economic Development Office to serve as a recruitment tool to match participants with potential employers in the City.
